RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final. House of Sereiah does not accept returns or exchanges, including for changes of mind, ordering the wrong item, or personal preference.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include:

• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photographs or video showing the product, damage, and original packaging

Each claim will be reviewed individually. If your claim is approved, House of Sereiah may issue a replacement or refund for the affected item, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Please do not return or discard any product or packaging unless instructed to do so. Sending an item back without prior authorization does not guarantee a refund or replacement.

This policy does not limit any rights available to you under applicable law.
