SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING
Each House of Sereiah order is intentionally prepared and carefully packaged before shipment. Current processing estimates are displayed at checkout and may vary during periods of high order volume.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
SHIPPING & TRACKING
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address connected to your order. Please allow time for the carrier’s system to update after receiving your tracking number.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the shipping carrier, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review your information carefully before submitting your order.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipped.
Orders returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may require an additional shipping payment before they can be resent.
LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
House of Sereiah is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing.
If your tracking has stopped updating or your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first and then message us. We will review the available tracking information and assist where reasonably possible.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photographs or video of the product, shipping package, and damage.
Each claim will be reviewed individually. If approved, a refund or replacement may be issued for the affected item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling charges, or other fees assessed by their country. Customs processing may delay delivery. House of Sereiah cannot control or guarantee customs clearance times.
